Modern (Ages 8-Teens) All Levels

Modern dance can be as simple as walking or as complicated as doing several different things with many different body parts, all at the same time!  This class caters to the creative dancer who is interested in how a dance is made.  In addition to learning modern dance technique, some class time will be devoted to choreography and in-class performances of original works.  Students learn to put movement, dancers and music together into a finished dance.  This is a very popular class! Class uniform: Black leotard and leggings or tights.  Bare feet and hair in a ponytail.
